Refund policy

1. Returns and Refunds

  • Change Of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind.
  • Damaged or Defective: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is significantly damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Size Issues: If the customer is having any size issue, they can return the item within 10 days of receiving the order.

2. Reporting and Timeline

  • Reporting Period: You must inspect your order and report any damage, defect, or size issue to us within 10 days of receiving your items.
  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage to support your claim.

3. Exchanges and Shipping

  • If your return is approved due to damage or defect, Maira Creations will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Stock Out: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fully refund the amount within 48 hours.
  • Approved Return: Refunds for approved damaged returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately to process the cancellation.
